Job Discovery Centres - Hamilton Public Library

The Library has information and resources for job seekers and those exploring different education and career options. 

Job Discovery Centres at the Barton, Dundas, Red Hill, Sherwood and Terryberry branches have been created, in partnership with Employment Ontario, to provide specialized resources and help.

Job Discovery Centre staff are available to provide individual help:

• Touching up your resume and cover letters.
• Internet searching, setting up an email account and applying for jobs online.
• Researching businesses and preparing for interviews.

No time to come in?  Ask a Job Search Question online. 

What is Available at the Job Discovery Centres?

• Internet access, fax machine, current newspapers
• Resume writing software and printing
• Labour market information, books and dvds for borrowing
