Food Culture
Local farmers' markets, farms, pick-your-own orchards and community gardens are part of the growing list of local food resources in the Hamilton area.
Looking for that elusive recipe? Try La Cocina Histórica. The University of Texas Library shares recipes from their Mexican, Texan, and Southwestern cookbook collection, including items that date back to the 1700s. Every week a librarian adds a new entry and pictures of the recipe being made. Buen provecho!
