This is the log cabin that used to be on the corner of Parkdale Avenue and Queenston Road - by the bus stop. It was built in the 1930s by the R.C.M.P. and used as a tourist/information booth for drivers coming into Hamilton along the Niagara highway. In 1978, it was dismantled and moved to the Westfield Heritage Village near Flamborough.
