Website Maintenance
Website maintenance will happen every 2nd Thursday of the month, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., plus, if needed, on the final Thursday of the month, also from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. During these periods, myHamilton.ca and hpl.ca may be unavailable. A maintenance message will appear on the website when unavailable, although there may be brief periods during these maintenance windows when the server is rebooting or completely offline.
Online Service Disruptions
Due to necessary maintenance, the library catalogue, the automated telephone circulation service, the digital catalogue (eBooks and eAudio), Freegal and some of our online resources may not be available during the following time periods:
- Daily - 5 am to 5:30 am
- Friday - 1:45 am to 7 am
- Thursday - On occasion after 10 p.m.
